Countries that do not require Vietnamese tourists to quarantine

In Asia, from 0:00 on October 8, Singapore lifted border restrictions for visitors from Vietnam. From 12:00 on October 1, you can register for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) to enter Singapore on or after October 8, 2020. Travelers register for ATP for free, 7 to 30 days before their scheduled entry.

Maldives will welcome visitors from all countries when it reopens on July 15. Visitors will only be allowed to visit resort islands and must stay in their accommodation full-time. Initially, the government did not require visitors to have a negative test result, but the rule changed on September 11 due to the increase in infections.

From July 7, Dubai opens its doors to international visitors. When entering the country, you must bring a negative nCoV test result by PCR test. The test must be performed up to 4 days before the flight. If the result is considered valid and the traveler has no symptoms of infection at the airport, you do not have to quarantine.

In Africa, from October 1, South Africa opened its doors to visitors from many places around the world, including Vietnam. This country restricts visitors from countries at high risk during the pandemic such as the US, UK, Russia, Brazil... Visitors entering the country must present a negative nCoV certificate by PCR test within 72 hours before boarding the plane. You must purchase compulsory health insurance when traveling here and have no signs of illness.

As of June 2020, Tanzania has not required tourists entering the country to be quarantined. However, temperature checks, mask wearing and social distancing requirements remain in effect. As of September 15, tourists are no longer required to present a negative nCoV test certificate via PCR testing. However, regulations can change constantly, so you should check for new information before traveling.

In the Americas, Brazil is open to visitors from all countries and does not require a 14-day quarantine. Entry requirements for international visitors include a valid visa, health insurance, and temperature screening.

In addition, travelers with a negative PCR test result, issued no more than 96 hours before boarding the plane, do not have to quarantine when arriving in Colombia by air from October 1. In addition, travelers must also fill out an online health declaration and regularly update their health status on an app designated by the Government.

In Europe, the British Government announced a list of more than 60 countries and territories that it considers "low risk", including: Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau... From July 10, passengers coming from the locations on the list, who have not visited any other place within the last two weeks, are allowed to enter the country without having to self-isolate for 14 days.
