In Asia, from midnight on October 8th, Singapore lifted border restrictions for travelers from Vietnam. From 12 PM on October 1st, you can apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) to enter Singapore on or after October 8th, 2020. ATP applications are free and can be submitted 7 to 30 days before your planned entry date.

The Maldives welcomed tourists from all countries when it reopened on July 15th. Visitors were only allowed to visit resort islands and needed to stay at their accommodation for the full duration. Initially, the government did not require visitors to have a negative COVID-19 test certificate, but the regulation changed from September 11th due to the increase in infections.
Dubai
From July 7th, Dubai reopened to international visitors. Upon entry, you must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be conducted no more than four days before your flight. If the result is deemed valid and the traveler shows no symptoms of infection at the airport, you will not be required to quarantine.
South Africa

In Africa, from October 1st, South Africa opened its doors to tourists from many parts of the world, including Vietnam. The country restricts visitors from high-risk countries during the pandemic such as the US, UK, Russia, and Brazil. Incoming travelers must present a certificate proving a negative COVID-19 test result (PCR test) within 72 hours before boarding. You must also purchase mandatory health insurance and show no symptoms of illness.
Since June 2020, Tanzania has not required quarantine for incoming tourists. However, temperature checks, mask-wearing, and social distancing requirements remain in effect. As of September 15th, tourists are no longer required to present a negative COVID-19 test result via PCR. However, regulations can change frequently, so you should check for the latest information before traveling.
Brazil
Colombia
In the Americas, Brazil is open to tourists from all countries worldwide and does not require a 14-day quarantine. Entry requirements for international visitors include a valid visa, health insurance, and compliance with temperature checks.
In addition, travelers with a negative PCR test result, issued no more than 96 hours before boarding, are exempt from quarantine upon arrival in Colombia by air from October 1st. Furthermore, travelers must complete an online health declaration form and regularly update their health status on a government-designated application.

In Europe, the British government has published a list of more than 60 countries and territories that it considers "low risk," including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, etc. From July 10th, passengers arriving from locations on the list, who have not visited any other places in the past two weeks, will be allowed entry without having to self-isolate for 14 days.
