In Asia, from 0:00 on October 8, Singapore lifted border restrictions for visitors from Vietnam. From 12:00 on October 1, you can register for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) to enter Singapore on or after October 8, 2020. Travelers register for ATP for free, 7 to 30 days before their scheduled entry.
