In a cozy dining setting, Food ConneXion restaurant is a meeting point between trendy Saigon and Asian culture through its Asian buffet. Diners can choose from a variety of exquisite Thai salads, Chinese grilled pork ribs, Hong Kong-style steamed fish in soy sauce, or the familiar spring rolls! In addition, fresh seafood and the famous Ramen noodles remain the top choices for most diners when experiencing the Asian buffet at Food ConneXion.

Thai green mango salad – a highlight of Thai cuisine that diners simply cannot miss. “Thai mango salad is amazing; my family couldn’t resist its appeal,” one diner commented.
Chinese-style grilled pork ribs - the perfect combination of grilled meat marinated in a rich, savory-sweet sauce.
Vietnamese spring rolls – they never disappoint diners and are even more delicious when served with dipping sauce during the sweltering Saigon summer.
Steamed red snapper in Hong Kong-style soy sauce - the fish meat is sweet and tender when steamed properly and drizzled with Hong Kong-style soy sauce, served with vermicelli.

Food ConneXion restaurant dedicates Wednesdays and Saturdays to a lavish seafood buffet overflowing with shrimp, crab, squid, oysters, and a wide variety of shellfish. But that's not all; the sashimi and sushi counter offers fresh raw fish and nutritious maki rolls. Furthermore, Boston lobster is served and prepared individually for each diner using one of three cooking methods: grilled, steamed, or baked.
