By chance, a friend of mine discovered this wild place and we planned to conquer Khau Lan waterfall. Although this is my hometown, it was not until this year that I had the opportunity to conquer this beautiful waterfall."
Conquering the waterfall is not too difficult: About 10 km from National Highway 4C (Quyet Tien commune market section), 3 km from the car parking lot, 1 km from the motorbike parking lot, trekking through the cool green forest canopy, climbing the slope in the afternoon is a bit tiring.
To get to Khau Lan waterfall, travel blogger Ta Ba Lo started traveling from Ha Giang city by motorbike for more than 40 km to the center of Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba district and traveled another 10 km to the trekking point down to the waterfall. The waterfall is hidden in Khau Lan valley, surrounded by cool green tropical forest canopy.
The trekking route to Khau Lan waterfall is just over 1 km long, the road has been cleared and made into steps for easy movement. Visitors will not have to spend too much effort if they are an active person. However, there are some difficulties during the journey, Mr. San Tai Chi confided: "Khau Lan waterfall is not yet on Google map, so the way to the waterfall will have to be asked by local people if there is no porter to avoid getting lost".
