Quang An Street is about 1.1 km long, starting from the intersection of Tu Hoa Street and Xuan Dieu Street and extending to the intersection with Quang Khanh Street. The street is one side of Quang An Peninsula - an ancient land jutting out into the middle of West Lake.
In the list of 30 most beautiful streets in the world, Quang An Street, Tay Ho, Hanoi is the representative of Vietnam, ranked 25th. Time Out magazine describes, running along the eastern bank of West Lake (extending from the intersection of Tu Hoa Street and Xuan Dieu Street to the intersection with Quang Khanh Street), Quang An Street is the international, vibrant center of Hanoi.
The peaceful beauty of Quang An Street
Quang An Street runs along the eastern bank of Tay Ho District, only about 5 km north of the old town center. Visitors here can enjoy the relaxing feeling between a vast lake on one side and a villa area with many architectural forms on the other. This is also a place chosen by many foreigners to live.
Some popular outdoor sports activities include cycling and jogging, because you can breathe fresh air and enjoy the peaceful view of the windy West Lake.
In addition to Hanoi's Quang An Street in the Top 30, several streets in other Southeast Asian countries were also named, such as Jalan Petaling Street in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia); Ban Tad Thong Street in Bangkok (Thailand); Cecil Street in Singapore and LP Leviste Street in Manila (Philippines).
