Completed in 2020 after nearly three years of construction, the Astronomy Park boasts a vast area of 12 hectares, almost equal to the Kazan Planetarium (Russia) – which is considered the world's first astronomy park. It offers visitors a unique space where they can explore the mysteries of the vast universe and learn about the planets in the solar system.
Built on an area of over 12 hectares, this site was expected to become a landmark architectural feature for the Duong Noi urban area.
The park is divided into several different areas, each with its own distinct theme. Most notable is the 6-hectare Lily Lake and astronomical-themed attractions such as: the Big Bang Square simulating the explosion that formed the universe, the Zodiac Square with circles containing the 12 zodiac signs, the Milky Way Garden with its spiral-shaped walls, the Solar System Square, and the Alien Square simulating the orbits of planets.
The park has a dedicated area called the "Garden of Famous Figures," where statues of prominent figures in science are erected.
Besides visiting the models, tourists also have the opportunity to experience many other interesting activities such as: watching 5D movies about the universe, participating in intellectual games, or simply strolling and relaxing in the cool green space of the park.
Unique photo spots at the Astronomy Park
Upon entering the park, visitors will be overwhelmed by the Big Bang Square, which simulates the explosion that formed the universe, symbolized by the towering Big Bang Tower. This is also a popular photo spot for many young people visiting the park.
The Big Bang Tower, with its impressive architecture, gradually expands as it rises.
Continuing their exploration, visitors will arrive at Alien Square, which simulates the orbital paths of planets in the solar system. The center of the square features a UFO-shaped flying saucer and a system of alien sculptures surrounding it. Next to it is a uniquely designed UFO playground for children, with a terrain structure mimicking a "space grid," featuring protrusions and depressions resembling the geological formations on the surfaces of planets like the moon and Mars.

Stepping out of the Alien Square, visitors will arrive at the Solar System Square. This area is likened to a miniature universe, featuring models of planets and a detailed information signage system. Visitors, especially children, will have the opportunity to learn about the planets orbiting Earth, thereby sparking a passion for exploring the vast universe.

The Milky Way Garden is the next destination attracting tourists with its unique design. The spiral-shaped walls have been transformed into a labyrinth garden with vibrant colors. Even just standing still, visitors can capture impressive photos for social media.
The Milky Way Garden, with its impressive array of colors, is a popular spot for young people to take Instagram-worthy photos.
Connecting the Zodiac Square and the Garden of Sculptures is the Moonlight Bridge. With its eye-catching pinkish-red color and ideal length, the bridge is a perfect spot for visitors to stroll, admire the scenery, and take photos. A walk on this bridge in the early morning or late afternoon is also very romantic.
