Recently, AKYN Hospitality Group officially announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Marriott International Hotel Group to bring the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Quy Nhon. The hotel is a key part of a new complex project located in the city center.
Expected to open in early 2025, Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon invested by AKYN Hospitality Group owns a prime location on Ngo May Street in the heart of Quy Nhon City. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach and about five minutes to the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center. The hotel is located near office buildings, famous attractions, industrial parks and a 45-minute drive from Phu Cat Airport.

Upon completion, Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon will offer 362 luxurious rooms and suites with sea views. Family rooms are designed with spacious spaces and amenities to provide comfort during your stay. The hotel has 3 restaurants and a Lobby Lounge serving a variety of local flavors to selected international delicacies.
Guests staying at Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon can relax and entertain with a variety of facilities. For example, a 25-meter outdoor swimming pool, a modern gym, a high-class spa with private treatment rooms, a dry and wet sauna, or a children's club with a spacious outdoor playground. In addition, the conference space with a total area of 756 square meters including a main banquet hall and four private meeting rooms will meet all the needs of organizing events, conferences, and weddings.
Aimed at business travelers, the hotel introduces a distinctive design concept called “The Residence” with high flexibility. It is expected to be a large space with dedicated office areas, private meeting rooms, areas for small groups or individuals, along with printing facilities and a food court to maximize productivity.

The Secret Con Dao, the first hotel of AKYN Group
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu, CEO of AKYN Hospitality Group, in addition to the Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon project, the company is cooperating with Marriott International on a number of other projects including The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa) which will open at the end of 2022, a 5-star hotel project in Ho Chi Minh City and a resort project in Phuoc Hai (Ba Ria - Vung Tau).

In August 2020, The Secret Con Dao - the first hotel of AKYN Group - was launched and welcomed guests. Along with a series of upcoming projects, AKYN aims to conquer the Vietnamese resort tourism market.
