Cherry blossoms typically bloom most profusely in January each year, a characteristic spring-announcing flower of the Da Lat plateau. However, from mid-November, the flowers begin to paint some street corners pink. Depending on the weather, the blooming spots will be spaced 7 to 10 days apart.
This is peak time for cherry blossom viewing. At 8 a.m., as the mist gradually dissipates, the hillside becomes bustling with people flocking from all over. If visitors don't want to jostle with the crowds, they can choose to camp overnight, waking up early at 6 a.m. the next day to admire the hillside still shrouded in morning mist and the vast expanse of green.
The road to Peach Blossom Paradise in Luoyang is quite easy to find but a little difficult to navigate. In return, along the way, visitors can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful scenery of the mountains and forests. Admiring cherry blossoms in the suburbs, amidst green forests and under simple tin-roofed houses, will be a completely different experience compared to the roads in the city center.
