Quang Ninh Winter Carnival Festival

The festival is expected to feature approximately 1,000 professional and semi-professional actors, models, and dancers performing under the theme "Ha Long: The Aspiration of the Flying Dragon." A highlight of the festival is the open-air stage with the entire Ha Long Bay backdrop; over 100 tourist boats will parade on the bay, while helicopters, seaplanes, and paragliders will perform in the sky.

The Winter Carnival Street Festival, held to coincide with the New Year 2021, promises to be an impressive program, vibrant with cultural colors, while also showcasing the unique tourism products of Ha Long, contributing to the diversification of winter tourism products in Quang Ninh province.
