The average reduction is 50% and 100% for important holidays such as New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, International Women's Day (March 8), April 30 - May 1...
At the same time, the province continues to support bus tickets from Van Don International Airport to Ha Long, Doc Do (Uong Bi) and vice versa. These are preferential discounts included in the 500 billion VND stimulus package deployed by Quang Ninh province in 2021.
Dubbed the "miniature Sapa" of Quang Ninh province, Binh Lieu is becoming an ideal "check-in" spot for many tourists.
The issuance and exemption of tickets to visit Ha Long Bay is chaired by the Ha Long Bay Management Board, in coordination with departments, branches and localities. The promotion includes reduced fees for passenger services through the port, full insurance for tourists and arising problems.
Tourism, service and transportation businesses in the area also coordinate and build a series of events, regional links and tourism products such as cruise tours to see Ha Long Bay, visit the Binh Lieu reed flower route, the New Year worship tour "Returning to the land of Yen Tu Buddha" combined with enjoying specialties and OCOP products...

Previously, Quang Ninh implemented two stimulus packages with the amount of 200 billion VND and 300 billion VND, bringing a boost to the province's tourism. Statistics from the Department of Tourism show that the total number of tourists to the province in 2020 is estimated at 8.8 million, of which international visitors reached 536,000, domestic visitors are estimated at more than 8.3 million, up 0.6% compared to 2019. Total revenue from tourism is estimated at over 17 trillion VND, down 30.5% over the same period.
The 500 billion VND stimulus package for 2021 continues to focus on the domestic market with the expectation of creating a "boost" for the province's tourism industry. The goal is to welcome 10 million visitors and total tourism revenue of 20 trillion VND next year.
