Da Nang Department of Tourism said that a number of units have sent documents to the department to discuss bringing international visitors to visit such as: Hanatour Company is expected to welcome 1,500 visitors/month; Mode tour Company will bring about 3,000 visitors to the locality from December to March 2022, Anex tour Company will organize to welcome from 2,000 - 4,000 Russian tourists; Highland Marketing Company is expected to welcome 600 visitors in December 2021 and 1,500 visitors in January - February 2022,...

It is expected that most of the international visitors to this locality from November and December 2021 to February 2022 will be overseas Vietnamese, and visitors from key tourism markets such as South Korea and Japan.
In addition, Da Nang city will also work closely with 5 provinces and cities that are allowed to pilot welcoming international tourists: Quang Nam, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc (Kien Giang), Quang Ninh to link tourism, exchange international visitors in many ways, and enrich the tourist market between localities.

Da Nang will open tourism according to a three-phase roadmap as follows:
Phase 1 (from November 2021): piloting the reception of international visitors under package tours, through charter flights and international commercial flights. Da Nang will select service providers (hotels/resorts, tourist areas/sites, golf courses...) suitable to the needs of each tourist group to ensure the best service.
Phase 2 (from January 2022): Expanding the scope of international tourist arrivals, connecting destinations through charter flights and regular international commercial flights. Da Nang will also link with other destinations participating in the pilot program to create diversity in choosing tourist experiences in Da Nang and other localities welcoming international visitors.
Phase 3, the city will fully reopen to the international tourist market, in which the implementation time will depend on the criteria for assessing the situation from the first two phases.
