ITE HCMC 2019, jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Department of Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City, contributes to promoting and attracting tourists to Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
ITE HCMC 2019 features several new aspects, such as a 55% increase in exhibition area and a 40% increase in the number of exhibitors compared to last year. In addition, the organizers have set up specialized exhibition zones such as: Dental tourism, leisure tourism, MICE tourism, start-up tourism, and tourism technology…
The event is expected to attract hundreds of exhibitors, including airlines, hotels, resorts, travel agencies, and representatives from domestic and international tourism promotion agencies; among them: Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Bhutan, UAE, Turkey, Russia, Germany… Many businesses from other provinces and cities in Vietnam have also registered to participate in this important event.

Throughout the fair, there will be several activities such as: the "Vietnamese Flavors and Colors" Gala Dinner; the Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta Tourism Connection Forum; the Vietnam - Russian Federation Tourism Cooperation Conference; a series of seminars on solo travel trends; the Tourism Start-up Forum; and the ITE HCMC 2019 Tourism Awards.
