Aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of Asian ceramics, the Gwangju National Museum has arranged 73 representative ceramic artifacts in its nearly 680 square meter exhibition space.2The exhibits span from 3500-3000 BC to the 19th century, showcasing a diverse range of artifacts such as pots, vases, jars, and incense burners. The vertical axis of the exhibition displays the development of Korean ceramics from the Neolithic period to the modern era, while the horizontal axis illustrates the development of Asian ceramics (including China, Japan, and Vietnam) across different periods, as well as special ceramic artifacts from the Sinan shipwreck.

To protect these precious ceramic artifacts, the Vietnam National History Museum and the Korean Museum need to cooperate closely in packaging, transportation, and display. Due to the difficulty in controlling the pandemic, communication between the two sides is mainly online. The Vietnamese side will then handle packaging and supervise transportation to the airport, while representatives from the Gwangju Museum are responsible for receiving and transporting the artifacts for display.
The exhibition "The Flow of Vietnamese Ceramic Culture" will run for two years (from December 18, 2020 to October 31, 2022).
