This summer you don't need to travel to temperate countries, you can still enjoy the cool, pleasant feeling with the summer menu at the Gogi House grilled meat restaurant chain.
Koreans have cleverly promoted their cuisine in each movie, becoming a very unique cultural trend. If Vietnamese youth have long been familiar with black bean noodles "Jajang", cold noodles "Naeng" is a new dish recently introduced and is still quite unfamiliar because of its uniqueness and sophistication in preparation.
Coming to Gogi House to enjoy cold noodles, you will be served in a large metal bowl, containing brown noodles wrapped in bundles with broth poured just enough to cover two-thirds of the noodles. On top are beef, boiled eggs, shredded cucumber, pear and a special Korean spicy sauce. Interestingly, the layer of ice cream-like cool water on top makes this noodle dish irresistible, just like its name. At first glance, if you do not pay close attention, you might mistake it for some cool dessert.
From now until July 15, Korean BBQ restaurant chain GoGi House will offer a cold noodle set and Blueberry Italian soda for only 99,000 VND.
