This summer, you don't need to travel to temperate countries to enjoy a cool and pleasant feeling; you can still find something to eat with the summer menu at Gogi House barbecue restaurants.
Koreans have skillfully promoted their cuisine through their films, turning it into a distinct cultural trend. While Vietnamese youth have long been familiar with Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), Naeng (cold noodles) is a relatively new dish that has recently been introduced and is still quite unfamiliar due to its unique characteristics and elaborate preparation.

At Gogi House, you'll be served cold noodles in a large metal bowl containing bundles of brown noodles, with broth poured over them until they're about two-thirds full. On top are beef, a boiled egg, shredded cucumber, pear, and a special Korean spicy sauce. Interestingly, the layer of ice cream-like liquid on top gives this dish an irresistible characteristic, true to its name. At first glance, you might mistake it for a cool dessert.
From now until July 15th, the Korean BBQ chain GoGi House will be offering a special deal on a set of cold noodles and a blueberry-flavored Italian soda for only 99,000 VND.
