Village de Chefs' 3rd Reunion

10/11/2015

The unique and exclusive culinary festival will take place in the garden of the French Embassy in Hanoi on the evening of November 10, 2015, with the participation of 20 French-speaking chefs from the Village de Chefs Association from three different continents around the world.

This spectacular culinary show is the highlight of the 3rd Village de Chefs Association reunion, held for the first time in Hanoi, Vietnam. In a peaceful and warm garden setting, you will discover an exciting culinary journey through different lands around the world. Small eateries will be presented in the form of open kitchens where chefs will show off their culinary discoveries, with flavors from Asia, Europe and even America. They will stand behind the tables to demonstrate their culinary art with special ingredients only available in the land where they live.

Each chef will work with two students from Hoa Sua Vocational School to teach them some cooking tips and how to prepare new ingredients. Guests will walk around the culinary village to admire the unique interaction between the chef and the students and enjoy the rich flavors of the world's cuisine.
