This spectacular culinary showcase is the highlight of the 3rd Village de Chefs Association reunion, held for the first time in Hanoi, Vietnam. In a peaceful and warm garden setting, you'll embark on a fascinating culinary journey through different regions of the world. Small eateries will be presented in an open kitchen format where chefs will showcase their culinary discoveries, featuring flavors from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They will stand behind tables to demonstrate their cooking artistry using unique ingredients found only in their respective regions.
Each chef will work alongside two students from the Hoa Sua Vocational School, guiding them through cooking secrets and how to prepare new ingredients. Guests will stroll around the culinary village to admire the unique interaction between the chefs and the students and enjoy a variety of international cuisines.

Prior to the dinner party, on the morning of the same day, 20 French-speaking chefs from the Village de Chefs Association will meet with students at the Hoa Sua vocational school, sharing information to find two suitable assistants for each chef. The students with the highest scores at the dinner party will be selected to attend the 4th Village de Chefs reunion event, scheduled to take place in Benelux in 2017.

The 3rd Village de Chefs culinary event at the French Embassy is expected to welcome 300 guests. Like the two previous events, this gathering aims to share traditions, passion, and the passing down of skills within the culinary profession, and to explore new knowledge and horizons. At the same time, this event contributes to enriching Asian cuisine, as Village de Chefs is not only an association of chefs living in France but also around the world.

Dinner party ticket (35 USD). All proceeds from the dinner party will go to Hoa Sua Vocational School to help underprivileged young Vietnamese people rise in the fields of restaurants, hotels, and tourism.
