Huynh Ngoc Vy, an MC in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: "I carefully turned each page, reading every word. The precious images and documents printed in the newspaper were like a slow-motion film, taking me back to the heroic years of our ancestors. I could also somewhat imagine the fervent spirit of our army and people on all battlefields, the overwhelming joy of the day of victory, and the reunification of the country. I feel incredibly grateful for the sacrifices of blood and lives made by generations before us so that we could have a peaceful and prosperous life today. This special newspaper not only helps me understand history more deeply but also awakens in me patriotism, national pride, and a sense of responsibility to build a richer, more beautiful, and prosperous country."

Commemorative stamp set – Stamps that tell the story of history
Along with a supplement to the Nhan Dan newspaper, the Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a special postage stamp set commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification. The set includes two stamps and one stamp block, with stamp dimensions of 32 x 43 mm and the block dimensions of 70 x 100 mm. The stamps have face values of 4,000 VND and 15,000 VND, designed by artist Nguyen Du (Vietnam Post Corporation).



The stamp is rendered in bold colors, using three main shades: red, yellow, and blue – also the colors of the flag of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam.

On each stamp, viewers can clearly feel the blend of heroic reality and humanistic spirit – from the image of the Independence Palace and the Liberation Army soldiers to the red flag with a yellow star fluttering on the day of complete victory.
