Health is considered the most valuable and priceless asset of each person. Money or material things are just necessary conditions for us to live a more prosperous and fulfilling life. However, this does not mean that we will have good health. To improve health as well as quality of life, each person needs to form a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes a small change in daily lifestyle can also make a big difference, helping the body to be healthier.
A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle that has a good combination of eating, drinking, sleeping, and resting of each person. Creating for yourself a scientific diet, resting regimen combined with reasonable exercise will help the body always maintain good health and a comfortable spirit.
In English, the word “wellness” refers to health, including both physical and mental aspects. After the Covid-19 pandemic, many people feel suffocated and pressured. Therefore, forming a healthy and positive lifestyle will help people improve their health in the best way.
