While the exterior of HOL impresses with its building shape resembling three mountains converging, upon entering, visitors are overwhelmed by the soaring atrium, with staircases leading upwards, topped by an oval-shaped skylight. The architect has transformed the space into a romantic setting based on the story of Tu Thuc meeting a fairy, simulating the journey of visitors ascending from bottom to top, reflecting humanity's desire for good fortune and wonder.

It's famous for its signature seafood dishes such as spicy fish noodle soup, crab spring rolls, crab rice crackers, and baguette sandwiches. To attract diners and solidify its position on the Vietnamese culinary map, Hai Phong skillfully creates innovative dishes that both preserve traditional flavors and offer a fresh taste experience.
