Da Lat opened its doors to visitors the latest compared to other localities in the country since the Government's Resolution 128 on safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic was issued. However, by mid-December, the central area of Da Lat recorded bustling streets and traffic, mostly cars, buses and motorbikes of tourists coming to the city for weekend trips.
Currently, most of the service businesses and tourist tours in Da Lat have resumed operations, only the night market is still not open. In addition, local motorbike and taxi rental services are scarce on weekends, if customers do not contact the rental company in advance, there will be no vehicles. The Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control checkpoint No. 1 at Chuoi Pass, Madagui Town, Da Huoai District recorded congestion and overload of vehicles, most of which are people and tourists from Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast provinces coming to Da Lat.

Tourists coming and staying in Da Lat are quite convenient, they only need to have a certificate of two vaccinations, children must have a negative nCoV test.
Not only tourists from Ho Chi Minh City, many people from Hanoi also started to return to Da Lat. "I only had the opportunity to return to Da Lat at the beginning of December. For us, Da Lat is still wonderful, the weather is very nice. Despite many activities, my group still strictly followed the epidemic prevention regulations," said Ms. Minh Tu from Hanoi.
