Opening Ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair 2019

ITE HCMC 2019 is an opportunity for localities, domestic and international travel agencies, tour operators, and hotels to update information on tourism services and products, establish relationships with new business partners, and grasp tourism trends in ASEAN countries and around the world.

The largest tourism fair in the Mekong River region attracted registrations from over 350 exhibitors, including national tourism organizations, travel companies, airlines, hotels and resorts, and major corporations from 62 countries and territories, along with 40 international media outlets. Travellive magazine was also one of the fair's media sponsors.

With a series of rich activities such as the Ho Chi Minh City and 13 Mekong Delta provinces and cities Tourism Connection Forum, the Tourism Startup Forum, the International Smart Tourism Conference and conferences and seminars on tourism trends and target markets, the 2019 National Bartender Competition, the "Enjoying Vietnamese Identity" tourism photo exhibition..., ITE HCMC 2019 is a truly attractive meeting point for tourism businesses from various countries, as well as for visitors, aiming to establish long-term cooperative relationships and contribute to the development, solidarity, friendship, peace, and prosperity of the region and the world.

ITE HCMC 2019 is expected to welcome nearly 40,000 visitors, facilitate over 6,000 business meetings between buyers and sellers, and attract approximately 260 international buyers from more than 50 countries and territories, particularly from four main regions: North America, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, and Western Europe. On the opening day, the booths were already filled with domestic and international partners seeking information about tour programs for both Vietnamese and international customers.
