Cau Go is a worthwhile option for experiencing Vietnamese cuisine in a luxurious and elegant setting.

In a space inspired by the glorious history of Hanoi, the interior decor and antiques representing the city's beginnings evoke a love for Hanoi, a miniature representation of old Hanoi, familiar and welcoming to diners. At Cau Go, staff in elegant ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) will introduce you to a culinary journey through all three regions of Vietnam.

Discover the sweet flavors of Southern Vietnamese cuisine with Saigon dishes such as soft-shell crab in sweet and sour tamarind sauce and pork stewed in coconut milk. Experience the rich flavors of Hue and Central Vietnam with chicken fried in lemongrass and chili or delicately steamed squid accompanied by seasonal herbs. Finally, return to the ancient capital with a traditional beef stew with ginger and grilled five-spice fish cakes served with fresh vegetables and noodles.
