With his hands deftly presenting the dishes, Andy (Omakase chef at EL Doko) shared: "We always try to keep the fresh and delicious flavors of Omakase intact, while thinking creatively about dishes that can be combined with Vietnamese products. For example, this steamed egg with shrimp and Ikura dish is a combination of traditional steamed egg and Mekong Delta shrimp. Not only does it preserve the characteristic sweetness, but this creativity also creates a unique and novel flavor, making the meal more attractive in the Japanese-Vietnamese style."
