In his new role, Chef Fabrizio will oversee all culinary operations at Angelina Italian restaurant and design innovative new menus.

His new menu is inspired by traditional Northern Italian cuisine. Here, diners have the opportunity to enjoy authentic pizzas, pasta, and other signature Italian dishes. If you enjoy exploring new culinary delights, try Bruschetta made with goat's milk cheese and smoked salmon, or Tiramisu Glacée, which includes tiramisu cream, coffee cream, and mascarpone cheese.

Prior to joining Metropole Hanoi, Fabrizio served as head chef at the Hilton Singapore and the Shangri-La chain of hotels and resorts in Asia, in major cities such as Xi'an, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. His career also included time working at world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Louis XV at the Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo and SPOON by Alain Ducasse in London.

Chef Fabrizio shared: “A good chef needs a global vision of cuisine. I aspire to maintain the essence of Angelina restaurant while innovating the menu to be increasingly diverse and rich, serving diners delicious dishes characteristic of different regions of Italy.”
