On the night of July 23rd, an international flight departing from Incheon (South Korea) landed safely at Lien Khuong International Airport (Lam Dong province). This was the first international flight carrying tourists to Da Lat, Lam Dong province, after more than two years of suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Korean Air charter flight, numbered KE9475, carried 141 passengers. After landing, the tourists will travel to Da Lat, the city of flowers, and stay for 5 days and 4 nights.
In Da Lat, the Korean tourist group will have the opportunity to visit and experience golf tours and explore tourist attractions in the area.

Right at the airport, the delegation will be welcomed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with other units, who will present gifts and flowers to all passengers and crew on the flight.
This initiative aims to build and promote the image of Da Lat, Lam Dong as a "Safe, Potential, and Unique Destination" to Korean tourists in particular and international tourists in general.
Following the first international flight, it is expected that more charter flights will arrive in Da Lat, Lam Dong province, between July and December 2022.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism hopes that the event welcoming the first flight from Incheon International Airport (South Korea) to Lien Khuong Airport in Lam Dong will not only mark the resumption of international flights to Lien Khuong Airport, but also initiate a new, positive phase of development for the tourism industry in Da Lat and Lam Dong in the future.
