Open spaces inspire creativity.

Co-working spaces have long been familiar to young people, especially as office workers increasingly seek creative and unique workspaces. And offices like "nest by AIA" become a launching pad for future career dreams.

With dynamism, youthfulness, flexibility, and efficiency as the core criteria for design and location selection, both "nest by AIA" locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City quickly became ideal places for creative individuals seeking an ideal office space to work and connect.

A private space amidst the crowd.

The term "co-working space" isn't new, but only upon arriving here do people truly understand how precious it is to have a private space amidst a bustling urban community. Breaking away from the seriousness and rigidity of a traditional office, AIA's "bird's nest" office offers a warm, natural, and intimate atmosphere.

Inspired by the concept of a one-stop shop, a single store offering everything, visitors can not only collaborate on events or enjoy an open space with a library, Wi-Fi, and coffee service, but above all, experience something different. The "nest by AIA" office has dedicated areas for networking and exchanging ideas on individual projects, as well as areas for clients seeking advice on long-term financial solutions from AIA Vietnam. This dynamic atmosphere encourages mutual inspiration and fosters shared growth.

Additionally, there's a dedicated "Play Nest" area for families and young children. Kids can have fun while their parents give presentations about their company or organization's development projects, or simply relax with coffee and a weekend newspaper.

“You have the option to talk to us about more in-depth insurance matters, or you can choose to continue enjoying your coffee and shopping experience. The choice is entirely yours. Our goal is to create a ‘non-coercive’ space that allows customers to access our services in the easiest, most convenient, and natural way possible,” said Mr. Ly Nhon, Deputy General Director of Finance at AIA.

Impressive in design

Spanning 300 square meters, this open-plan office space hosts numerous workshops on finance, lifestyle, skills development, conferences, and more. Many liken it to a community urban center, where people come to share what they have and receive what they lack. In this open space, people easily share with each other, inspiring others to move forward together.

While the Ho Chi Minh City office features a bright, natural wood color scheme, the second location has a slightly classic and elegant feel, reminiscent of Hanoi, yet remains youthful and dynamic. Inspired by scenic landmarks, the "nest by AIA" in Hanoi features a seating area with a undulating dome, borrowing the image of the floating caves in Ha Long Bay, creating a private space for intimate conversations. The relaxation area, with its airy design reminiscent of the terraced rice fields of Sa Pa, opens up a comfortable seating area for families with young children. Additionally, the reception area is designed to be cozy, like a family living room. Meeting and conference areas are separated to accommodate private events and gatherings.

Unlike similar models, “nest by AIA” is a great example of AIA Vietnam's unique approach to combining workspace with customer service. People are close to each other, able to share anytime, anywhere, but when needed, they still have a private space to plan their life goals with helpful advice from the Personal Finance Specialists working there. Or simply, on a relaxing morning, they can come to the “nest,” order a hot latte, take a sip, and enjoy the beautiful morning – all of which can help generate many great ideas.
