Taking the criteria of dynamism, youthfulness, flexibility and efficiency as the focus for design as well as location selection, both “nests” “nest by AIA” in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City quickly became ideal places for creative people who need an ideal office space to work and connect.
A "private" space in a crowded place
The term co-working space is not new, but only when coming here do people truly understand how valuable it is to have a private space in the midst of a crowded urban community. Eliminating the seriousness and rigidity of a traditional office, AIA’s “bird nest” office brings a feeling of warmth, naturalness and closeness.

Inspired by the idea of a one-stop shop, a store, a stopover but with everything, visitors here can not only collaborate to organize events or enjoy an open space with a library, wifi and coffee service, but above all, feel the difference. The “nest by AIA” office has a separate area for chatting, exchanging connections for private projects as well as areas for customers who need advice on long-term financial solutions from AIA Vietnam. The dynamic atmosphere encourages people to inspire each other, promoting common development.

In addition, there is also a “Play nest” area dedicated to families and children. Children can play freely while their parents are busy presenting the development projects of their company or organization or leisurely sipping coffee and reading the weekend newspaper.

“You have the option to talk to us about insurance issues in more depth, or you can decide to continue enjoying your coffee and shopping experience. The choice is yours. Our aim is to create a “no-pressure” space that allows customers to access our services in the easiest, most convenient and most natural way,” said Mr. Ly Nhon, AIA’s deputy chief financial officer.
Impressive in design
With an area of 300m2, this open office is the venue for many seminars on finance, lifestyle, skill training, conferences... Many people consider this place as a community urban center, people come here to share what they have and receive what they lack. In the open space, people can easily share with each other, inspiring others to follow along.

If the office in Ho Chi Minh City is in bright natural wood tones, the second headquarters has a bit of a classic and elegant look like the people of Hanoi but still full of youth and dynamism. Inspired by the scenic spots, the layout of "nest by AIA" in Hanoi has a table area with a wavy dome that borrows the image of floating caves in Ha Long Bay, creating a private space for private, intimate conversations. The relaxation platform has the airy look of Sa Pa's terraced fields, opening up a comfortable seating area for families with young children. In addition, the reception area creates a cozy atmosphere like a family living room. The meeting and seminar areas are separated to suit events and private meetings.

Unlike similar models, “nest by AIA” is a great example of the development of a workspace combined with the unique customer service function of AIA Vietnam. People are close to each other, can share anytime, anywhere, but when needed, there is still a private corner to plan their own life goals with useful advice from the Personal Finance Specialists working here. Or simply, one morning, leisurely go to the “nest”, order a cup of hot latte, take a small sip, enjoy a beautiful morning will also help you “produce” many great ideas.
