Balade En France 2015 French Food Festival

This year, with new changes to the program content, Balade en France will bring many new and exciting things to attendees. With high-quality and distinctive entertainment activities, we will bring attendees closer to France and its diverse culture.

Balade en France is a culinary event for everyone, an annual event held in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) aiming to promote French culture through the enjoyment of distinctive dishes, wines, and other entertainment activities. Following the success of the previous five events, this year's Balade en France is expected to welcome 2000 attendees for both nights. In 2014, the event attracted 1750 attendees, 70% of whom were Vietnamese. This year's event will take place over two nights, Friday, October 23rd and Saturday, October 24th, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Attendees will purchase entrance tickets and food/drink vouchers to participate in games, lively artistic entertainment activities with French music groups, and enjoy exploring the culinary scene. Attendees can choose their favorite French dishes and drinks from restaurants and wine suppliers in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, Balade en France will feature booths selling imported French food products (cheese, pastries, syrups, jams, pâté, drinks, chocolate, etc.) at special discounted prices exclusively for Balade en France guests (attendants can purchase additional vouchers (20,000 VND/voucher) at the booths inside).

Ticket price:

- Pre-sale: 350,000 VND (+ 10 food and beverage vouchers worth 200,000 VND each)

- On sale at the event: 450,000 VND (+ 10 food and beverage vouchers worth 200,000 VND each)

- Children (under 14): 200,000 VND (free entry for children under 6) (+ 6 food and drink vouchers worth 120,000 VND each)

Balade en France 2015, featuring performances by three French bands currently active in Vietnam – The Blues Buddies, Gwenilli, and Pêche à la mouche – will offer attendees a fun and relaxing evening with family, friends, clients, or colleagues. Magicians will liven up the party with games and engaging interactive performances. Attendees will also have the chance to take home many interesting souvenirs, such as participating in a lucky draw with numerous prizes, capturing colorful memories with friends and family using the automatic camera, and playing a French wine guessing game with expert wine tasters. Furthermore, attendees can enjoy various artistic activities such as portrait painting or watching live performances by artists. Poussière de Vie will organize a pétanque area and a children's play area.

Through this event, the organizers hope to give attendees the opportunity to discover France through its food and drinks and share the French art of living. In addition, they aim to further promote French specialties and products to the Vietnamese people.
