LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi officially opened on September 22, 2023.

On September 22, 2023, the LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi shopping complex officially opened after nearly two months of trial operation. This momentous event was attended by Mr. Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of LOTTE Group Korea, Mr. Choi Youngsam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam, and representatives from various Vietnamese government agencies. The ribbon-cutting ceremony officially inaugurated LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi – an iconic shopping complex in the western part of the capital – amidst the anticipation of numerous guests.

The official opening of LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi also marks the opening of a series of globally renowned fashion brands. This is the first time such prestigious brands have gathered in the same shopping mall in Hanoi, meeting the shopping needs of all customer segments in general and satisfying the passions of fashion enthusiasts in particular.
