Saigon Café Restaurant will introduce a special culinary program introducing delicious dishes of American cuisine every Saturday night in November. Enjoy Cajun shrimp cocktail with spicy sauce and roasted peppers, crab meat and avocado salad, New York corn and seafood stew, Jambalaya rice stew, Louisiana-style seafood rice, “Bienville” oysters baked with rich cheese, seared foie gras with pineapple sauce, golden roasted turkey with rosemary and Barley Timbale, grilled beef ribs with black pepper and dark beer sauce. In addition to the magnificent culinary area, the dessert menu is equally special with sweet and eye-catching cakes such as cherry crumble pie, cheesecake with blueberry sauce, pumpkin brule and baked apple pie with peanut butter, all will create a truly wonderful experience for diners in a culinary night exploring America.

Sheraton Saigon Hotel is eager to help you prepare a sumptuous home feast with your family and loved ones to celebrate the upcoming Thanksgiving. Guests can choose from traditional roast turkey, roasted ham, grilled beef ribs or fragrant herb-grilled beef tenderloin for their party. In addition, a variety of signature sauces and side dishes will contribute to enhancing the main course, including stuffed chestnuts, mixed brussels sprouts, garlic butter baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, stewed mushrooms, roasted herbs, cranberry sauce, apple sauce and green pepper sauce.

Turkey take-out service is available from November 24, 2015 to January 1, 2016 with 72-hour advance booking required.
