Traveling by plane is probably not strange to us. Passengers when traveling by plane are required to comply with strict regulations set by the aviation authority and the airline to ensure safety for the journey.
According to Circular 13/2019 of the Ministry of Transport (MOT), recording audio or video in restricted areas or at aviation security checkpoints, or in the workplace of state management agencies at airports must be permitted in writing by the managing unit.
Filming and photography in restricted areas or at aviation security checkpoints that are not within the scope of state secrets must be approved in writing by the competent authority.
Taking photos in unauthorized areas, especially in restricted areas or areas marked with signs at the airport, is not only a violation of security regulations but can also pose risks to aviation safety. Therefore, according to the regulations of the authorities, passengers who commit this act can be fined from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 VND.
This penalty measure is aimed at warning and preventing violations, ensuring safety and order at the airport. The implementation of this regulation also emphasizes the important role of compliance with aviation safety rules, ensuring security and protecting the rights of passengers and airport staff.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam directs airports to promptly detect, prevent, and handle illegal recording and filming in restricted areas managed by the unit.
This policy is designed to ensure aviation security and ensure that all activities in restricted areas comply with the law. Improper recording and filming is not only illegal but can also pose risks to aviation security and safety.
By implementing these measures, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam hopes to ensure aviation security and safety at airports nationwide, while creating a safe and secure working and traveling environment for everyone.
