The House always focuses on “renewing” itself, from the interior decoration to the autumn menu that has scored big with diners, or regularly organizing vibrant live music performances and attractive Fashion Feast parties. Coming to the House, I often “reward” myself with a familiar sitting corner to immerse myself in a Vintage space, enjoy the natural light with the fragrant smell of wood from tables and chairs of all shapes, or lean on a soft pillow and watch the soft lighting.

On the occasion of the New Year and the 1st birthday of Nhà 9NKC (February 8, 2016), Nhà would like to thank our loyal customers with a special 'Welcome New Year set menu'. With the New Year menu, Nhà has brought to our customers a unique culinary journey, arousing my curiosity and interest.

With 'Nghenh Tan set menu', you will fully enjoy the creative Fusion cuisine flavors combining unique Asian - European ingredients. Although at first glance it seems "modest" in quantity, only when enjoying it, you will see the fullness of the set or be impressed with the premium New Zealand "beef".

My culinary journey began in the faraway lands of the Mediterranean withScallop salad with passion fruit sauce- The highlight is fresh scallops poached in white wine, served with fresh lettuce and Italian parmesan cheese. The innovation with passion fruit sauce has brought a new breeze to the taste buds.

Back in Asia, the dishdelicious chicken corn soupcompletely won me over with its sweet and spicy broth, making for a light dish that was a perfect start.

Grilled New Zealand beef tenderloin with baked potato and black mushroom sauceis the most attractive dish because of the premium beef marinated carefully with pineapple, salt, pepper, and premium olive oil before being grilled, served with baked potatoes and excellent black mushroom sauce.

Another equally attractive option isGrilled chicken thighs with herbs and small flat noodles with minced beef sauceGrilled chicken thighs with aromatic leaves, crispy skin, sweet meat, served with ginger sauce with coconut milk, delicious steamed seasonal vegetables with garlic. This Tet, you can also try a new flavor from chewy, fragrant noodles mixed in a hot sauce with the fragrant smell of minced beef, rich in Italian flavor.

I love Nha because Nha always brings surprises to diners. After enjoying the culinary party, I received a Nha membership card as a thank you to the diners who love Nha.
