Nha always focuses on "refreshing" itself, from interior decor to its autumn menu that has earned it high marks from diners, and regularly organizes vibrant live music performances and captivating Fashion Feast events. At Nha, I often treat myself to my favorite spot, relaxing in the vintage-inspired space, basking in the natural light and the subtle scent of wood from the tables and chairs of various shapes, or leaning back on a soft cushion and gazing at the gentle lighting.

To celebrate the New Year and the first anniversary of 9NKC House (February 8, 2016), we are showing our gratitude to our loyal customers with a special 'Welcome New Year Set Menu'. With this New Year's menu, we have offered diners a unique culinary journey, sparking curiosity and delight in me personally.

With the 'Welcome New Year's Set Menu', you'll fully enjoy the creative flavors of Fusion cuisine, combining distinctive Asian and European ingredients. Although the portions may seem modest at first glance, only when you taste it will you appreciate the fullness of the set and be impressed by the premium New Zealand beef steak.

My culinary journey began in the far reaches of the Mediterranean withScallop salad with passion fruit dressing- The highlight is the fresh scallops, blanched in white wine, served with fresh lettuce and Italian Parmesan cheese. The innovative addition of passion fruit sauce brings a refreshing change of taste.

Returning to Asia, the dishdelicious chicken and corn soupIt completely won me over with its sweet and spicy broth, creating a light dish that served as a perfect start.

Grilled New Zealand beef sirloin served with baked potatoes and black truffle sauce.This dish is even more appealing because of its rich, premium beef, meticulously marinated with herbs, salt, pepper, and high-quality olive oil before being grilled, and served with baked potatoes and an exquisite black truffle sauce.

Another equally attractive option isGrilled chicken thighs with herbs and thin flat spaghetti with minced beef sauce.Grilled chicken thighs with fragrant herbs, featuring crispy skin and tender meat, are served with a delicious ginger-coconut sauce and steamed seasonal vegetables with garlic. This Tet holiday, you can also try a new flavor from chewy, fragrant noodles coated in a hot, rich sauce with the aroma of minced beef, a rich Italian flavor.
