Peugeot Vietnam improves after-sales service quality.

5-year warranty

Previously, Peugeot vehicles sold in Vietnam came with a standard 3-year or 100,000 km warranty, whichever came first. Now, the company offers an extended manufacturer's warranty of up to 5 years. Peugeot is one of the few car manufacturers in Vietnam to offer this long-term warranty to customers across all three models: Peugeot 3008, Peugeot 5008, and Peugeot Traveller, or 150,000 km, whichever comes first, along with one year of comprehensive insurance.

Extensive warranty network

The company's well-planned investment strategy is also reflected in its expansion of the dealership network nationwide. Currently, customers can bring their vehicles to a network of 25 authorized service stations across the country. Furthermore, the company prioritizes the quality of its workforce to enhance its brand image and maximize customer experience.

Since May 2019, Peugeot Vietnam has launched My Peugeot – a mobile application for Peugeot owners with features such as scheduling service appointments, checking warranty information, vehicle operation instructions, maintenance and repair history, current care programs, directions to the nearest service center, and providing feedback on service quality. My Peugeot is an effective channel for conveying information to customers, contributing to improving the quality of Peugeot Vietnam's after-sales service.

Specifically, from now until September 14th, Peugeot Vietnam is running a service promotion offering a 10% discount on engine oil, spare parts, and a 10% discount on maintenance fees (excluding bodywork and paint repairs) for all customers who book service appointments through the My Peugeot app.

Support for alternative transportation options

In addition to implementing comprehensive after-sales services and maintenance programs, Peugeot Vietnam has been offering a replacement vehicle support policy since December 2018. When customers bring their vehicles in for repair or warranty service at Peugeot service centers, if the repair time exceeds 2 hours (excluding bodywork and paint repairs), they will be provided with transportation while waiting.

"With this new service, Peugeot Vietnam aims to give customers more time and flexibility while their vehicles are being serviced," a representative from Peugeot Vietnam stated.

Furthermore, if the vehicle's warranty has expired but is still within the 7-year period from the start date of the warranty and is at a service center awaiting repair solutions from Peugeot, customers will still be entitled to the above support policies.

Mobile care services

Peugeot Vietnam's Service Clinic is a mobile vehicle inspection and maintenance service for markets far from repair shops. To date, the service has completed its final preparations and is expected to launch its first stops in Phu Tho, Kien Giang, and Dak Lak at the end of August, before expanding to other provinces and cities nationwide by the end of the year.

With this mobile service, customers in areas without Peugeot service centers will receive advice, information, and answers to their questions regarding vehicle use. Vehicles will be inspected free of charge using specialized diagnostic equipment, and maintenance and care will be provided at preferential costs by skilled and experienced technicians.
