Peugeot Vietnam improves after-sales service quality

5 year warranty

Previously, Peugeot brand cars sold on the market came with a 3-year warranty policy according to global standards or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Currently, the company offers a genuine warranty policy of up to 5 years. Peugeot is one of the few car manufacturers in Vietnam that applies this long-term warranty policy to customers of all 3 Peugeot 3008, Peugeot 5008 and Peugeot Traveller models or 150,000 km, whichever comes first, with a one-year physical insurance package.

Wide warranty network

The methodical investment strategy is also reflected in the expansion of the dealer system across the country. Currently, customers can bring their cars to a network of 25 authorized service stations spread across the country. In addition, the car company also focuses on the quality of human resources to enhance the brand and maximize the customer experience.

Make an appointment via the My Peugeot app

Since May 2019, Peugeot Vietnam has launched My Peugeot - a mobile application for Peugeot car owners with features such as booking service appointments, looking up warranty information, vehicle operating instructions, vehicle maintenance and repair history, current care programs, directions to the nearest service workshop and service quality feedback. My Peugeot is an effective channel to convey information to customers, contributing to increasing the quality of Peugeot Vietnam's after-sales service activities.

Especially from now until September 14, Peugeot Vietnam is implementing a service promotion program with a 10% discount on oil and spare parts prices and a 10% discount on maintenance fees (not applicable to body and paint repairs) for all customers who make service appointments through the My Peugeot app.

Alternative transportation support

In addition to implementing synchronous after-sales policies and care programs, from December 2018, Peugeot Vietnam has implemented an additional policy of supporting replacement vehicles. When customers bring their vehicles for repair or warranty at Peugeot service workshops, if the repair time exceeds 2 hours (excluding body and paint repairs), they will be supported with transportation while waiting.

"With this new service, Peugeot Vietnam hopes to bring more time to customers and flexibility when the vehicle is being serviced," said a representative of Peugeot Vietnam.

In addition, in case the vehicle's warranty has expired but is still within 7 years from the warranty start date and is at the service workshop while waiting for repair solutions from Peugeot, customers will still enjoy the above support policies.

Mobile care services

Peugeot Vietnam's Service Clinic is a mobile vehicle inspection and maintenance service in markets far from the repair shop. Up to now, the service has completed the final preparations and is expected to open its first stops in Phu Tho, Kien Giang and Dak Lak at the end of August, then will be deployed widely to other provinces and cities nationwide from now until the end of the year.

With this mobile care service, customers in areas without Peugeot service workshops will be consulted, shared, and have their questions answered during the use of their vehicles. Vehicles are checked for free with specialized diagnostic equipment, maintained, and cared for at preferential costs by skilled, experienced technicians.
