Choosing to travel to Jeju by motorbike, Trong Nghia himself painted a breathtaking adventure picture for the 4-day, 3-night journey. Starting from Mokpo, the ship took him on the sea, immersed in the quiet night. He boarded the ship at 1 a.m. and arrived in Jeju around 6 a.m., just in time for the brilliant Jeju sunrise to welcome this guest.
"Watching the sunrise on the top floor of the train is a great experience. The train ticket costs about 30,000 won each way. On the train, visitors can enjoy services such as dining and karaoke, making the trip more enjoyable," he shared.

On the first day, Nghia spent time exploring the Jeju City area and the West Coast of the island. On the second day, he moved south to the Seogwipo area. Here, he visited Jeongbang Waterfall, one of the rare waterfalls in the world that flows directly into the sea.
The south of Jeju has beautiful landscapes from beaches, forests to traditional villages. On the third day, Nghia woke up early to watch the sunrise on the east coast of Jeju. After that, he spent time relaxing at cafes with beautiful volcano views, bringing truly chill moments.

Experience renting a motorbike in Jeju
Renting a motorbike in Jeju is very simple. Trong Nghia rented a motorbike through a Korean friend's Instagram page, near Jeju airport, only about 1 km away.
Nghia said: "Car rental prices range from 35,000 won to 50,000 won per day, depending on the type of car." He chose a car that cost 35,000 won, plus insurance of about 15,000 won, for a total of 50,000 won per day.

Jeju is not short of majestic landscapes either.
To rent a car, visitors just need to contact in advance and present their driver's license. "I have a Korean driver's license so the car rental process is very convenient. Visitors should convert their driver's license to an international driver's license to make it easier to rent a car and ensure safety when traveling," he said.
Enjoy every moment on "paradise island"
Regarding accommodation on the island, because he wanted to save travel time and be able to fully enjoy each area of the island, Trong Nghia booked rooms in three different places through a domestic Korean booking site.
"Jeju is famous for its black pork and grilled hairtail, both of which are worth trying," he shared. In addition, the island also has many cafes with beautiful ocean views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air here.
The air on the island is very fresh.
The biggest difficulty in Trong Nghia's trip was the sudden rain. Rain in Jeju is often accompanied by strong winds due to its location on the island, making traveling by motorbike very dangerous. Nghia advises tourists to find safe shelters such as cafes instead of trying to move in bad weather conditions. "Plan your travel during the day and return to the hotel before 6-7 pm, avoid driving at night on deserted roads," he added.

Even though it rained heavily, Nghia still tried to enjoy every moment of the journey.
Despite the heavy rain, Nghia still tried to enjoy every moment of the journey. Recalling the trip, he said: "Driving across the mountain peaks with lush green trees on both sides and the deserted feeling when driving back to the hotel at night was a 'slightly creepy' experience for me. Besides, the sunset in Jeju also left a deep impression with the bright yellow sunlight and cool sea breeze, creating a beautiful scene that I can never forget, to the point that now when I think of Jeju, that will be the first image that comes to my mind."

Costs and tips for saving money when traveling to Jeju
Trong Nghia's total cost for his motorbike trip to Jeju was around 530,000 - 550,000 won (equivalent to 11 million VND), of which the most expensive expense was renting a motorbike.
"To save money, my advice to tourists is to hunt for cheap flights and hotels. Booking tickets early and choosing affordable hotels will help you significantly reduce the cost of your trip," Nghia said.

According to Nghia, you should watch for cheap air tickets and hotels to save maximum costs.
Having lived and worked in Korea for a long time, Trong Nghia often uses Korean domestic booking and service applications to get more reasonable prices. In addition, he noted that if there is any problem that needs help, tourists just need to call the police at 114.
