Specifically, the Ha Long Bay Management Board proposed the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee to open 10 more service and tourism products. At the same time, the Quang Ninh Department of Tourism proposed to open 2 new tours to visit and travel on Ha Long Bay and 6 new tours connecting Ha Long Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay.
