Here, prestigious representatives from famous tourism corporations such as Fusion Hotel Group, Intercontinental, Mövenpick, Legacy... signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in providing specialized resort services for VPASS members and communication cooperation between the parties, with the aim of joining hands to promote domestic and international tourism activities, as well as creating a quality smart tourism service model for customers.
VPASS promises to bring attractive membership programs with a wide range of 5-star destinations, a system of top-class services in the fields of aviation, golf courses, airport lounges, cruises...
By participating in the vacation exchange platform, members will receive special benefits such as: the right to exchange vacations with other vacation owners on the VPASS system; the right to register to use premium specialized vacations with discounts of over 50%; the right to enjoy annual airline service incentives during the validity period of the Membership Card; the right to participate in advanced exchanges of resort services and high-class living amenities such as: air tickets, airport lounge services, golf, yacht experiences, 5-star culinary experiences, high-class health care services... In particular, the premium specialized Personal Assistant service - always used for the bank's most premium customer programs, will be applied to VPASS members.
VPASS officially provides Vacation Exchange transaction support service for customers who are not VPASS members from January 2021, through introductory activities from resort investors, or registering directly with Customer Service Center 1800 282898 (from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays).
