VPASS launches the first and only vacation exchange platform in Vietnam.

For many consecutive years, VPASS has consistently been the leading brand of choice for priority customer care among banks, real estate developers, and the largest retail corporations in Vietnam. Leveraging its advantages and experience in developing products and services focused on the high-end customer segment of businesses, VPASS has officially invested in integrating Industry 4.0 technology into its business operations and launched the "First and Only Vacation Exchange Platform in Vietnam" to comprehensively serve the specialized needs of high-end customers, owners of resort properties and timeshares globally at all popular domestic destinations as well as international partnerships.

The strategic partnership signing ceremony, held on January 11, 2021, marked the first step in a plan to complete the signing and implementation of exchange services at over 300 domestic destinations and 4,500 international destinations in 2021. At this event, prestigious representatives from renowned tourism corporations such as Fusion Hotel Group, Intercontinental, Mövenpick, Legacy, etc., signed a strategic cooperation agreement to provide specialized resort services for VPASS members and to collaborate on media and communication between the parties. The goal is to jointly promote domestic and international tourism and create a high-quality, smart tourism service model for customers.

By participating in the vacation exchange platform, members will receive exclusive benefits such as: the right to exchange vacations with other vacation owners on the VPASS system; the right to register for exclusive high-end vacations with discounts of over 50%; the right to enjoy annual airline service discounts throughout the validity period of the Membership Card; the right to participate in exchanges for enhanced luxury resort services and amenities such as: airline tickets, airport lounge services, golf, yacht experiences, 5-star culinary experiences, high-end healthcare services… In particular, the exclusive high-end Personal Assistant service – always used for the bank's most premium customer programs – will be available to VPASS members.

VPASS officially launched its Vacation Exchange transaction support service for non-VPASS members in January 2021, through promotional activities from resort developers or by registering directly with the Customer Service Hotline 1800 282898 (from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays).
