The program began with a warm welcome from Mr. Do Van Nghia (Hotel Manager) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan (Director of Sales & Marketing), who shared many meaningful messages from Eastin Hotel & Residences Hanoi. This event also marked one year since Eastin entered the Hanoi hotel market.

The evening offered guests a luxurious setting, an experience with classical violin music, and a culinary adventure in fine dining European cuisine: from pan-seared Japanese scallops and pan-seared tuna salad with lemon sauce to whole roasted turkey with gold leaf, Australian beef tenderloin, salmon, oysters, and baked apple pie with vanilla cream sauce.
The party atmosphere gradually became more lively and exciting with fun games and a lucky draw with attractive prizes, including vouchers for a luxurious one-night stay at Eastin Hotel & Residences Hanoi.
What caught everyone's attention was the whole roasted turkey garnished with gold leaf.
