When mentioning Sa Pa winter, tourists often think of "snow hunting" trips. But not only is it a place where "white snow dreams" come true, Sa Pa in December also stuns many people with O Long tea hills - where wild plum trees bloom, painting the entire Northwest sky red.

Looking down from above, visitors will be amazed by the pale pink peach color mixed with the lush green of tea - especially in the early morning, when there are white clouds drifting through, creating a beautiful picture that captivates the heart.

Mid-December is the time when Oolong tea hills enter the most beautiful period of the year. Many couples take advantage of this opportunity to come here to capture romantic photos with the unique natural scenery, which only happens once a year.

The tea grown here is Oolong tea, serving the tea production of a local factory. Each tea bud is smooth green, neatly trimmed and meticulously cared for by the hands of the highland workers.

The tea hill is looked after by a Hmong family. Visitors do not have to pay any entrance fee but are required to take care to preserve the overall landscape of the tea hill and absolutely not damage the tea or surrounding trees.

Since the flowers have bloomed, photographers from all over have flocked here to capture the fairy-like beauty of Sa Pa. According to many people's experience, the time of sunset or sunrise and when there is sunlight is when the tea hills are most sparkling.
