Unlike the Cat Linh - Ha Dong urban railway line, passengers purchasing single-trip tickets will be issued round tickets, similar to coins. When passing through the ticket gate, they use the ticket to scan and open the gate; upon arriving at the station, they insert it into the ticket machine to open the gate.
