During American Food Week, which runs from November 21 to 26, the city's tallest restaurant, in collaboration with the United States Department of Agriculture, is proud to present a special set menu consisting of five dishes with a strong American signature, prepared from premium ingredients imported from the United States by a team of talented chefs.
The special dinner is a fusion of classic and modern cuisine with dishes such as: Baked Louisiana Crab Cakes, Texas - Mexican Hot Soup, Pan-Fried Scallops with Risotto & Mushrooms, Baked American Turkey and Blueberry Baked Cheesecake.
The main dish of the set menu, Baked Turkey is carefully selected before being imported from the US. In the restaurant's open kitchen area, the Turkey is not only stuffed with aromatic herbs and grilled in the traditional way, but the Chef will also marinate it with EON51's own spices to bring the best culinary experience. Enjoy the classy set menu at an altitude of 200 meters for 1,450,000++ VND/person.
