During American Food Week, from November 21st to 26th, the city's highest restaurant, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, proudly presents a special five-course American-inspired menu, prepared with premium ingredients imported from the U.S. by a team of talented chefs.

The exquisite dinner featured a fusion of classic and modern cuisine with dishes such as: Louisiana-style baked crab cakes, Texas-Mexican spicy soup, pan-seared scallops served with risotto and mushrooms, roasted American turkey, and baked blueberry cheesecake.

The signature dish of the set menu, the roasted turkey, is carefully selected before being imported from the USA. In the restaurant's open kitchen, the turkey is not only stuffed with aromatic herbs and roasted in the traditional way, but the Head Chef also marinates it with EON51's own special blend of spices to deliver the ultimate culinary experience. Enjoy this premium set menu at an altitude of 200 meters for 1,450,000++ VND/person.

In addition, with the aim of promoting American culinary culture, EON51 Sky Dining restaurant is offering a special 50% discount on two signature dishes: Louisiana Crab Pie and Roast Turkey, as well as wines from wine regions across the United States.
