HUE, Vietnam – With the desire to develop a model of authentic Vietnamese cuisine that is delicious, clean, and safe, TMGH launched its first Spice Viet restaurant on April 6, 2017, at 15 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, just a few minutes' walk from the Perfume River and the Hue Imperial Citadel. Operating on the principle of using fresh, clean ingredients sourced from local farms, the familiar, rustic Vietnamese dishes, prepared by professional chefs, will offer an unforgettable culinary experience in a luxurious and cozy restaurant setting amidst the poetic ancient city of Hue.

 

 

The restaurant offers 9 diverse set menus priced from 150,000 VND per person, each set menu featuring 6 authentic Vietnamese dishes accompanied by royal tea and Spice Viet's special rice wine. Here, you'll have the opportunity to discover more about the unique aspects of Vietnamese culture through dishes from various regions across the country and specialties from Hue such as fig salad with shrimp and pork, grilled pork with lemongrass served with pickled vegetables... Spice Viet restaurant is arguably the perfect choice for travelers, whether solo or in groups, who wish to experience the rich and distinctive flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

 

Following the success of its first restaurant in Hue, the Spice Viet restaurant chain will continue to develop and expand in Hoi An, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City in the near future. According to Mr. Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors, he plans to soon bring this restaurant chain to conquer the European and Australian markets.
