The "Fruits in French Cuisine" menu will be available from June 1st to June 30th, 2016 at Corso Steakhouse & Bar.

Chef Jeremy's creative French-style dishes, inspired by the healthy flavors of fresh fruit combined with meats and seafood, such as "Oven-roasted French Duck Breast marinated in Mirin, Cloves, Black Pepper and spices, served with Raspberry Wine Sauce," "Grilled Shrimp Stuffed with Apple and Shrimp Meat, Topped with Almond Mayonnaise, Served with Dulcey Chocolate Mustard Sauce," or "Grilled Chicken Breast Stuffed with Mango, Celery, Water Chestnut and Mantis Shrimp Meat, Served with Garlic Cream Sauce and Rosemary Leaves" - are sure to be a special menu for your family, friends, and business partners.
