The menu “Fruits in French Cuisine” takes place from June 1 to June 30, 2016 at Corso Steakhouse & Bar.

Chef Jeremy's creative French-style dishes are inspired by the delicious and healthy flavors of fresh fruits combined with meats and seafood such as "Oven-grilled French Duck Breast marinated in Mirin, Cloves, Black Pepper and spices, served with Raspberry Wine Sauce", "Grilled Shrimp stuffed with Apple and Shrimp Mince covered with Almond Mayonnaise, served with Chocolate Dulcey Mustard Sauce", or "Grilled Chicken Breast stuffed with Mango, Celery, Water chestnut and Mantis Shrimp, served with Garlic Cream Sauce and Rosemary" - will definitely be a special menu for your family, friends and partners.
