Famous for his friendly face and friendly smile, Tiep is always ready to share his extensive knowledge of flavors, balances, and new trends in drinks. He has brought to La Plume a true cocktail culture, awakening all the senses of the drinker. Each cocktail at La Plume is not just a sophisticated drink, but also evokes touching stories that touch the hearts of every person. The cocktail "Full Moon" was created by him based on his grandmother's story about a little girl who dreamed of meeting her deceased mother on a full moon night and eating her mother's sour fish soup. Tiep also lost his mother at a very young age, and the cocktail "Full Moon" is an expression of his love and longing for his mother. His “Full Moon” cocktail recreates the familiar taste of my mother's sour fish soup through the spices typical of this dish.
