China has officially announced that it will implement a visa-free policy for foreign tourist groups arriving in the country by cruise ship, a move aimed at facilitating cruise tourism.
Specifically, foreign tourist groups traveling by cruise ship entering China, organized and hosted by travel companies in China, can be exempted from entry visas from cruise ports of 13 cities such as Tianjin, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Shanghai, etc. and the group's stay will not exceed 15 days.

The mandatory conditions for visa exemption include the following: the tourist group must have at least 2 people, the tour must be organized by a Chinese travel agency with a valid license, and the cruise ship must dock at one of 13 designated cruise ports, including Tianjin, Shanghai, Dalian, Lianyungang, Wenzhou, Zhoushan, Xiamen, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beihai, Haikou and Sanya.
