Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR), in collaboration with the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, has launched a unique tourism product: a train named "Returning to the Land of Martial Arts," connecting Quy Nhon Station and Dieu Tri Station. This is an important step, realizing the cooperation agreement on developing railway tourism between the two entities, promising to bring unique cultural and tourism experiences to visitors.
The "Return to the Land of Martial Arts" train service successfully completed trial runs on May 1st and 2nd, receiving positive feedback. Following this success, the railway industry will officially launch this train service from June 1st, adding a diverse tourism product to the local area.
This is a new tourism product that promises to offer a unique experience, combining railway travel with the distinctive culture of Binh Dinh province.
According to a VNR representative, the train's itinerary is specially designed so that tourists can explore and "check-in" at famous destinations in Quy Nhon such as the ancient Twin Towers and the romantic Luat Le Bridge. This offers a fresh perspective on the architectural beauty and cultural and historical values of the coastal city.
The train is arranged with two air-conditioned carriages with 64 seats, but the most special highlight is the Culture and Education carriage (1C). Here, visitors can enjoy free cultural and artistic programs such as traditional opera and folk singing, along with programs introducing the distinctive cuisine of Binh Dinh province. A team of professional tour guides will accompany visitors, providing detailed explanations about the destinations and cultural values of Binh Dinh, ensuring a complete and meaningful experience.
According to VNR representatives, the launch of this train line is the next step following the technical trial runs that took place in early May.
The railway sector will operate two pairs of trains daily with train numbers QN2/QN1 and QN3/QN4. Notably, along the route, the trains will stop at tourist attractions so that passengers can disembark, take photos, and enjoy the local atmosphere.
The launch of this tourist train route is the result of close cooperation between the railway industry and the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, aimed at evaluating and developing a long-term exploitation plan. This is not only a new tourism product but also contributes to enriching Vietnam's railway tourism map.
The train journey is designed to take tourists to visit and check in at two prominent landmarks of Quy Nhon City: the ancient Twin Towers and the romantic Luat Le Bridge, contributing to honoring the cultural and historical values of the locality.
To attract tourists in the initial period, the railway industry is offering discounted fares: 100,000 VND per ticket for a one-way trip and 150,000 VND per ticket for a round trip. This is a great opportunity for tourists to explore the "land of martial arts" in a convenient, unique, and economical way.
This is a multi-value integrated tourism model. Through this, it contributes to promoting the image of Binh Dinh to domestic and international tourists.
The "Journey to the Land of Martial Arts" train promises to become a highlight in the journey of exploring Binh Dinh, bringing tourists closer to the cultural, historical values and people of this region.
