On Friday, July 14th and Saturday, July 15th, to celebrate French National Day, the Head Chef of EON51 Fine Dining restaurant proudly presents the Grande Cuisine set menu, featuring classic French dishes that have captivated culinary enthusiasts, such as Onion Soup, Grilled Salmon with Mashed Celery, Mussels, and Dill Sauce, and Grilled Duck Breast with Artichoke and Balsamic Vinegar Sauce. A special offer for guests using this 5-course set menu is a complimentary (free-flow) selection of white and red wine for 2 hours, at a cost of VND1,650,000++/person.
