The final round of Miss Tourism World 2022 will take place from November 14 to December 3 with the theme "Bringing the world to Vietnam" in 5 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Son La, Vinh Phuc with the participation of 71 contestants from countries and territories. This is the first beauty event in the world organized in the form of creative content activities by evaluating the experiences of the contestants.

The contest aims to connect heritage and promote tourism, connect and promote world tourism development. Thereby connecting countries and contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam and its people to the world through the contest's activities.
At the press conference, Mr. Bui Hong Do, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province said: “Organizing the final round in Vinh Phuc is an opportunity to promote tourism, scenic spots of Vinh Phuc province in particular and tourism of the whole country in general. This is not just a simple contest, but also a condition to support international contestants to learn about Vietnamese culture, people, scenic spots... Vinh Phuc province has carefully prepared the conditions for the final round, especially the final award ceremony night”.

Accordingly, the contestants will have many rich activities to promote famous destinations. From November 14 to 16, the contestants will depart on a journey to explore heritage, scenic spots, historical and cultural relics from the capital Hanoi, with visits to Hoan Kiem Lake, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Bat Trang ceramic village...
Next, from November 16 to 27, the contestants continued their journey to explore history, culture and heritage such as: Trang An Scenic Complex, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Bai Dinh Pagoda (Ninh Binh); Hung Temple National Special Relic Site (Phu Tho); Moc Chau grassland, Mong village hot spring, Dai Yem waterfall, Pa Uon bridge (Son La); Tay Thien scenic area with Truc Lam Tay Thien Zen Monastery, Tam Dao tourist area (Vinh Phuc)...
From November 27 to December 5, contestants will have activities in Vinh Phuc province such as: visiting Tay Thien scenic area, Truc Lam Tay Thien Zen Monastery, Tam Dao tourist area discovered and built by the French in the early 19th century, Binh Son tower, Gia Loan temple - Bien Son pagoda... Contestants will participate in tree planting and environmental protection activities.
Runner-up Bui Minh Anh, Miss Tourism 2020, attended the press conference to announce the final round of Miss Tourism World 2022.
Ms. Vu Thi My Dung, Director of Tam and Cam Media Company - the copyright holder of the Miss Tourism International 2022 contest in Vietnam, said that before the final night of the contest, the organizing committee will select 5 contestants representing 5 provinces and cities to be tourism promotion ambassadors of those 5 localities.
"The contest aims to promote Vietnam's tourist destinations in general, and Hanoi in particular, to tourists around the world. All contestants will use their phones to record clips introducing the beautiful landscapes of Vietnam that they have visited and experienced," said Ms. Vu Thi My Dung.
The clips are made in two languages: English and mother tongue. Then, they are sent to the organizing committee for scoring and posted on the contest website. At the same time, they must go through behavioral competitions, national costumes, and test scores of clips introducing and experiencing tourist destinations and Vietnamese heritages that the contestants have experienced. With the huge number of fans and followers of the contestants, information about tourist destinations and heritages of Vietnam will be spread widely, creating a strong and quick effect to 71 countries where contestants participate. This is also a way for Vietnam to promote the image of the country and people, as well as attract international friends to Vietnam, contributing to stimulating tourism after a period affected by Covid-19.

“Through the journey through heritage sites, contestants will have many practical activities to promote and propagate the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Vietnam's tourist destinations to friends around the world. This is the reason why the final round of Miss Tourism World 2022 will not have a bikini competition,” Ms. My Dung shared.
Miss Tourism World 2022 is the first beauty event in the world organized in the form of creative content review and experience activities of contestants to find a beauty representative, with the goal of connecting heritage and promoting tourism, connecting and promoting world tourism development.
The organizers also added that the final night of the contest will take place at Ho Chi Minh Square Park - the center of Vinh Yen city (Vinh Phuc province) on December 3.
