VNA launches new airport map feature.

Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines customers can easily access 67 maps at 9 domestic airports and 58 international airports. With this upgrade, Vietnam Airlines becomes the first airline in Asia to provide digital airport maps with the largest number of maps in the world.

Airport maps provide navigation and guidance to various areas within the airport, such as check-in counters, baggage drop-off areas, departure gates, restaurants, and parking lots. Passengers can use the map by downloading the free Vietnam Airlines mobile app on Android and iOS operating systems or by accessing the website.www.vietnamairlines.com.

The addition of 67 digital airport maps is the latest technological improvement from Vietnam Airlines since the airline upgraded its mobile application in February this year. With the Vietnam Airlines app, passengers can quickly search for flights, easily book tickets online, conveniently check itineraries, and purchase additional flight amenities at any time. Furthermore, the app allows passengers to self-check-in and use their boarding passes directly within the app, saving time at the airport.
