Since 1997, Somerset Grand Hanoi and Somerset Ho Chi Minh City have been officially operating, welcoming visitors and residents from all over the world, creating a name for themselves as the leading international standard serviced apartment management group in Vietnam. The 20th anniversary celebration in style, with a series of commemorative activities looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, was held in both cities.

Mr. Mukaichi Hiroaki, one of the longest-serving residents of Somerset Grand Hanoi, shared: "The management team has ensured that the highest standards of service are maintained by every staff member in all departments. I would like to thank the building's wonderful staff, from security, customer service, housekeeping to the fitness consultants. They are the ones who have made my stay here so enjoyable."
Mr. Quang Trung, a technical staff of Somerset Ho Chi Minh City proudly shared: "I am very proud to have worked at Ascott Group for the past 20 years. I believe that the management cares for us as real members of a family, not just employees. Being part of such a great team motivates me to contribute more and do my best to complete every task."
Honored to receive the “Leading Serviced Apartment” award from the World Travel Awards for four consecutive years since 2014, Somerset Grand Hanoi and Somerset Ho Chi Minh City have set industry standards and are recognized worldwide. They are also very active in activities to build sustainable people. These efforts include essential projects such as water conservation, recycling and waste management, as well as calling on residents to donate food, clothes and school supplies to help local communities in need. In parallel, they organize and support fundraising charity activities. These include the annual Somerset Charity Fair, car washes and organic bag sales to raise funds for primary school children. To date, more than 800 poor students in remote areas of Binh Phuoc, Nam Dinh and most recently Hoa Binh have been supported.
