BYD Vietnam Co., Ltd. (BYD Vietnam) officially launched a special customer care program called “Pioneering Privileges with BYD Experts” (hereinafter referred to as the Program)*. This is a rare opportunity for BYD's pioneering customers in Vietnam to directly meet, interact with, and receive technical advice from BYD Group's senior expert, Mr. HePu, who has over 18 years of experience in BYD's technical and after-sales service in the Asia-Pacific region and currently serves as a senior technical training expert at the BYD factory.
The presence of senior experts in Vietnam this time is a special recognition and expression of gratitude from BYD to its pioneering customers – those who have trusted, chosen, and accompanied the brand since its early days of development in the Vietnamese market.

All BYD vehicles participating in the program will receive a free comprehensive technical inspection and software update, ensuring the vehicle is always in optimal operating condition and at the highest safety standard. This is part of BYD's philosophy of continuous innovation and improvement.
BYD Group's technical experts not only bring in-depth knowledge and global experience, but also meticulous attention to detail and the high standards set in the automotive after-sales service industry. They understand every detail of the new energy vehicles, ready to accompany customers at every point of contact to deliver a personalized, in-depth, and professional after-sales experience. Each inspection, consultation, or technical guidance session is more than just a service – it's BYD's way of affirming its commitment to quality and heartfelt service.
HePu experts – with over 18 years of experience in after-sales service engineering in the Asia-Pacific region – will be present at all service points within this program in Vietnam. Senior technical experts from BYD Group are both trainers of the global engineering generation and symbols of commitment to quality and professionalism. Accordingly, experts directly from the BYD factory will be present in Vietnam to advise and inspect vehicles for pioneering customers – something that is not easy to arrange. “We are not just here to inspect vehicles, but to show our appreciation,” this is our important message for this journey.
