Recently, BYD Vietnam Automobile Company Limited (BYD Vietnam) officially launched a special customer care program called "Pioneer privileges with BYD experts".

BYD Vietnam Automobile Co., Ltd. (BYD Vietnam) officially launched a special customer care program called “Pioneer Privileges with BYD Experts” (referred to as the Program)*. This is a rare opportunity for BYD pioneer customers in Vietnam to directly meet, interact and receive technical advice from a senior expert of BYD Group - Mr. HePu, who has more than 18 years of experience in the field of engineering and after-sales service of BYD in the Asia-Pacific region, currently holding the role of senior technical training expert at the BYD factory.
