Recently, BYD Vietnam Co., Ltd. (BYD Vietnam) officially launched a special customer care program called "Pioneering Privileges with BYD Experts".

BYD Vietnam Co., Ltd. (BYD Vietnam) officially launched a special customer care program called “Pioneering Privileges with BYD Experts” (hereinafter referred to as the Program)*. This is a rare opportunity for BYD's pioneering customers in Vietnam to directly meet, interact with, and receive technical advice from BYD Group's senior expert, Mr. HePu, who has over 18 years of experience in BYD's technical and after-sales service in the Asia-Pacific region and currently serves as a senior technical training expert at the BYD factory.
