Taking advantage of its vast and lush green spaces, Ecopark will host a spectacular Hot Air Balloon Festival where visitors can enjoy both the stunning natural scenery and admire colorful hot air balloons over three days, April 30th, May 1st & 2nd, 2015.
At the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to experience soaring through the sky in giant hot air balloons, witness spectacular hot air balloon performances, or even take a tour inside one of the balloons. The festival is held at Spring Park, located right at the main entrance of the Ecopark urban area. The organizers expect to bring visitors a completely new experience – the feeling of flying through the air in a hot air balloon suspended at a maximum height of 40-50 meters, meeting international standards.
Passengers can rest assured about the technical aspects because the hot air balloons will be positioned for flight using three large parachute cables, each with a tensile strength of over 300kg. The pilots operating the balloons all hold international flight certifications and have extensive experience.
At the same time, to ensure the best service for passengers, hot air balloons will only fly between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM and between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM. These are the times when weather conditions, temperature, and pressure are most favorable for safe balloon operation. During these times, the sky is bright, and the sunlight is not too harsh, allowing passengers to fully enjoy the lush green surroundings and the expansive, breathtaking scenery.
Families with young children or groups of tourists who can't wait for their turn to fly can also visit the giant inflatable hot air balloon nearby.
An essential part of the program is the competitions specifically for children, including: a drawing competition with the theme "Ecopark Hot Air Balloon Festival" or a paper airplane folding competition with many attractive prizes.
