RULES FOR THE ARTISTIC WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

I. Content

The Honeymoon & Wedding Perfect Tourism and Wedding Services Exhibition is an annual event organized by Hoa & Le Media JSC – Travellive Magazine.

Following the success of previous years, the 3rd Honeymoon & Wedding Perfect Tourism and Wedding Services Exhibition was jointly organized by Travellive Magazine and Sheraton Hanoi Hotel from August 26-28, 2011 at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

In addition to the main exhibition, this year the Organizing Committee is also carrying out many accompanying activities such as:Artistic Wedding Photography Contest: Love & ChallengesThese activities are designed for young couples preparing for marriage, and also aim to attract a wider audience to learn about and participate in the upcoming Honeymoon & Wedding Perfect Exhibition.

Competition"Artistic wedding photos"This is a fun and rewarding event organized by the organizers specifically for couples preparing to get married this year. Its purpose is to foster bonding and create unforgettable memories for couples before they embark on a new life together.

Express your joy and share it with everyone by participating in the Artistic Wedding Photo Contest by:Submit your favorite wedding photos, the ones that hold the most memories, taken in preparation for your wedding, to the contest for a chance to win attractive prizes from the Organizing Committee.

II. Participants

But Couples preparing to get married must be 18 years of age or older and currently living and working in Vietnam.

But It doesn't matter whether you are Vietnamese or a foreigner.

But Vietnamese citizens must possess an identity card, while foreign citizens must possess a passport.

III. Program rules

1. Technical standards

But Submitted photos can be in color or black and white.

But Size:

+ Photos sent by mail: Minimum 20cm x 15cm

+ Images sent via email: Minimum resolution 200dpi. Minimum file size: 500 – 1000Kb/image

2. General standards

But Participants in the program can submit many photos submitted to the contest

But Submitted photos must not have been previously entered into or published in any mass media.

But Submitted photos must clearly state: Sender's/Author's full name, Address, Contact phone number, Location where the photo was taken, and Time the photo was taken.(From October 1, 2010 to the present).

But Entries are encouraged to include captions about the shooting context, subjects, location, and emotions evoked by the photo.

But Photo captions can be written in Vietnamese or English.

But All entries that do not comply with the rules or lack complete content annotations as required will be disqualified.

But The author of a work is solely responsible for the copyright of their work.

But Within 7 days of the announcement of the winning photos, contestants must provide the Organizing Committee with the original film or image file. After the specified deadline, if the Organizing Committee does not receive the required product, the prize will be forfeited.

But BTC will not return submitted photos and has the full right to use the photos submitted to the competition.

But BTC is not responsible for any risks or losses associated with contest entries submitted via postal mail.

But Submitted photos will be posted on the website.www.vntravellive.com, and some linked websites during the contest period.

But The submitted photos will be used for display at the 2011 Wedding Exhibition.

IV. Time

The competition period runs from June 10th to July 31st, 2011.

V. Prize

The Artistic Wedding Photography Contest was held from June 2011 to July 31, 2011, with attractive prizes including First, Second, and Third place.

In addition, the program also offers a series of other valuable prizes for special categories such as: Most Impressive Couple Photo, Best Photo Location, Best Image Conveyor…

The winning photographs from the program will be displayed at the HWP exhibition at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel from August 26th to September 10th, 2011.

VI. Jury

The judging panel consists of:

1. Mr. Dang Dinh An – Chairman of the Hanoi Art Photography Association and Editor-in-Chief of Photography Magazine

2. Mr. Tat Binh – Vice President of the Hanoi Art Photography Association

3. Ms. Bui Van Anh – Representative of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

4. Mr. Le Ngoc Long – Art Director of Travellive Magazine

VII. Contest entry information
