Accordingly, fireworks will be launched on barges anchored on the Han River, near the East bank, north of Dragon Bridge; the launch time is from 9:00 p.m. to 9:14 p.m. on December 31. The art performance will take place at the park on the East bank of Dragon Bridge. In addition, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also has a document agreeing in principle to let Empire Development Corporation organize fireworks display to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Da Nang becoming a centrally-run city at Cocobay Da Nang Tourism and Entertainment Complex with 100% of the cost paid by Empire according to the socialization policy.
Da Nang authorities also requested Bao Nguyen Food and Event Joint Stock Company and Empire Development Group Joint Stock Company to proactively develop a Plan to organize the above events in accordance with current regulations, send it to the Department of Culture and Sports and relevant authorities for appraisal and management according to regulations; in which it is noted that absolute safety must be ensured in all activities, especially in the process of organizing the installation and firing of fireworks. The City Police, the City Border Guard Command, the People's Committees of Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son districts and relevant agencies are responsible for guiding these two companies to develop and implement a plan to ensure security, order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting and environmental sanitation during the entire duration of the activities.
